Hiphen Solutions offers RFID Parking Management System that is a complete and multi-media parking charging management system which is made of contactless IC card as the vehicle’s document to the parking lot, comparison of the vehicles’ image and management of catching shoots of the certificates as the core, to realize automatic controlling and managing the parking lot’s entrance and exit equipments, automatic charging for the parking cars by the predesigned charging standard.

HOW IT WORKS

For registered parkers. He drives to the entry and swipes his registered card onto unmanned Entry Station,the Entry Barrier will automatically open and he enters.Or, if there is external long range RFID reader at entry, the Entry Barrier will automatically open and he will enter without stopping if tag on windshield is read by long range RFID reader.The same will happen at exit.

For Hourly parkers.

1. Driver drives to the entry, press Card Ticket Button, Entry Station issues a Card Ticket
2. Driver flashes his registered card ticket onto unmanned Entry Station;
3. Entry Barrier will automatically open and he enters. Entry Station dispenses hourly or fixed Card Ticket to gain access to the parking lots.
4. Before he leaves, he walks to the Manual-pay-station which is located in central place instead of the exit, and gives the Card to the Attendant,
5. The Attendant uses Card issuing device to validate Card for time spent and amount payable.
6. The Attendant selects Vehicle Type (Sedan, SUV, Bus, Truck or Heavy Duty Truck) on the software.
7. Driver pays amount due based on selected Vehicle type, fixed time Fee and extra time spent beyond fixed time by Cash or POS Payment Terminal.
8. The Attendant selects payment method used on the software (POS or Cash), completes the transaction and payment receipt printed.
9. The attendant returns back the Card Ticket and the Payment Receipt to the Driver.
10. The driver, drives to the exit flashes and inserts the card ticket into unmanned Exit Station which validates the ticket for Exit, and then Exit Barrier opens only if ticket has been validated for Exit and payment confirmed.
11. Plate Number Recognition Captures Vehicle Image both at Entry and Exit
12. Various kind of reports can be generated by the management software
